BUSHENYI– The Bushenyi district boss Jaffari Basajjabalaba has praised first son General Muhoozi Keinerugaba for his endured efforts towards delivering services to Ugandans.
The Bushenyi district boss was today Tuesday 12th December 2023 speaking to hundreds who had turned up for a free medical camp at Rwentuha mosque in Rwentuha Towncouncil, Igara East Constituency Bushenyi district.
The camp was organised by General Muhoozi Keinerugaba Movement and Igara East Constituency Member of Parliament Hon. Micheal Mawanda Maranga where all Ugandans especially those from Greater Bushenyi sub-region enoyed free lanboratory services, diagnosis and free treatment for common diseases such as Malaria, Typhoid, STDs, AIDS, hypertension, diabetes among others. Family planning services, dental, ear and eye treatment services were also available.
Speaking at the camp, Jaffari Basajjabalaba thanked General Muhoozi Keinerugaba for extending free healthy services to Bushenyi arguing that this will save many lives in the district.
“Though I am team Jjaja Mzee Museveni but I like Mk because you cannot love a father and hate his son so its true I am not in politics but General Muhoozi Keinerugaba is a good example”, Chairman Jaffari Basajjabalaba explained.
Hon Edward Mpabwa, Secretary for Health Bushenyi local government thanked General Muhoozi Keinerugaba and Hon Mawanda for organising a camp arguing that this will help them in fighting the spread of several diseases in the district.
Speaking to Journalists, Joshua Asingwire, the Personal Assistant to Hon. Micheal Mawanda Maranga thanked team MK movement and Hon. Mawanda for loving to save lives and urged all Ugandans to always seek early medical care because prevenntion is better than cure .
Rwakataka Robert, one of the Cordinators of MK Movement Bushenyi district thanked all Ugandans who turned up for the medical services and said that they will move all around Greater Bushenyi offering services to all Ugandans. He tasked all people to embrace the services and support MK Movement for a better Uganda.
Dr Grace Ruubare and Dr Gilbert Tuhamire, head officials from MK Movement Medical Team thanked Ugandans who turned up for the services and urged them to always go for medical checkups to know their life statusses so that they can easily seek medical care incase of any need.
The camp was also graced by the Bushenyi Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Robert Atuhaire who thanked Gen Muhoozi Keinerugaba and Hon Micheal Mawanda Maranga for caring about life of Ugandans.
Atuhaire further tasked all Ugandans to embrace government programs such as PDM and emyooga in order to eradicate poverty from their families.
