NEWS- The Bishop of the Kabale Diocese, Rt. Rev. Callist Rubaramira, has confirmed 350 youths from St. Peter’s Muchahi Parish under the Kabale Diocese into the Catholic faith.
Preaching to Christians at St. Paul’s Muchahi Primary School compound in Bubare Sub County, Rubanda District, Bishop Rubaramira challenged Christians to fully open their hearts to Christ, rather than being half-hearted.
The Prelate noted that some Christians fear opening their hearts to Christ due to the negative behaviors exhibited by those who claim to have accepted Jesus Christ as their savior.
Bishop Rubaramira also encouraged Christians to follow Jesus’ example, emphasizing love, good behavior, and spreading the Word of God.
Furthermore, he challenged Christians to form groups centered on Christ, citing the NRM Party’s caucus meetings as an example of unity towards a common goal.
The Bishop expressed concern about Christians who outwardly display piety but fail to live according to their faith, noting that some individuals change their behavior at night, contradicting their Christian values.
